Disappearance
On March 27, 2025, Adano Michaud was last seen in Astoria, Oregon. He lives in the area of Columbia Memorial Hospital.
He is known to go for walks, so his family assumed he went for a walk and never returned. He often walks around Astoria and frequents the Riverwalk. He’s also been known to walk the Cathedral Tree Trail up to the Astoria Column.
Adano is usually alone and rarely approaches other people as he suffers from Schizophrenia. He requires daily medication and is considered endangered.
“He avoids people at all costs,” Michaud’s aunt Anne Moss told The Astorian. “So there’s no way we’re going to find him in a scenario where he’s joined something or met up with somebody. He’s just not that way. The only thing that Adano ever really does is he walks to Safeway to get food and he walks on the Riverwalk. That’s it.”
He left his wallet and phone behind at home.
Appearance
White male with black hair and brown eyes. Adano stands 6’2 tall and weighs 180 pounds. He had a beard at the time of his disappearance.
