20-year-old Keeslyn Roberts was last seen in Resaca, Georgia on January 18, 2020. She disappeared after abruptly leaving a truck stop on Resaca Beach Boulevard following an altercation with a shop employee.
Background
Keeslyn Noelle Roberts was born on October 22, 1999 to parents Shannon and Eric Roberts. She grew up in Dalton, Georgia and attended Dalton High School.
In March 2018, Roberts was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of marijuana, use of communication facilities in drug transactions, possession of tools for the commission of crime and possession, and use of drug-related objects.
According to her family, Roberts fell in with the wrong crowd and got involved with drugs. She was reportedly getting her life back on track and had been reporting regularly to her probation officer.
At the time of her disappearance, Roberts was living with her boyfriend in Chatsworth, Murray County, Georgia.
Disappearance
On January 17, 2020, Keeslyn Roberts was scheduled to attend a probation meeting with the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office in relation to her 2018 arrest. When Keeslyn failed to show up an arrest warrant was issued for probation violation.
On January 18, 2020, Roberts was last seen at Pilot Flying J, a truck stop on Resaca Beach Boulevard in Resaca, Georgia. Police responded to a 911 call when Roberts entered the employee-only kitchen of the truck stop and was confronted by a store employee.
Roberts abruptly fled the scene before police officers arrived, dropping her backpack which contained her wallet, cash, debit card, driver’s license, phone charger and car keys.
Keeslyn Roberts hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Investigation
On January 20, 2020, a family member found Keeslyn’s vehicle, a white Toyota Corolla, abandoned in the parking lot of Pilot Flying J truck stop. Most of her personal belongings were found inside, but her cell phone was missing.
In March 2020, some clothes believed to have belonged to Roberts were found in a bush near the trash dumpster in the back of the Pilot Flying J parking lot.
Authorities have interviewed numerous people regarding Keeslyn’s disappearance, but no public information regarding these interviews has been released.
Missing Chatsworth man found dead in Gordon County, Georgia
On January 16, 2020, 21-year-old Caleb Nathaniel Smith, also from Chatsworth, was reported missing from the same truck stop, just two days prior to Keeslyn Roberts’ disappearance.
On February 2, 2020, Caleb Nathaniel Smith was found deceased in a wooded marshy area near Sugar Valley in northwestern Gordon County, Georgia.
Although there’s been speculation that the cases are related, authorities found no evidence showing that Caleb Smith and Keeslyn Roberts were acquainted, nor that their disappearance were connected.
Whereabouts
Police found no evidence, means, or motive for foul play in Keeslyn Roberts’s disappearance. A $50,000 reward is being offered by her family for information leading to Keeslyn’s discovery.
The circumstances of Keeslyn Roberts’s disappearance remain unclear and her case is currently classified as missing. Her case remains unsolved.

Physical Description:
White female born on October 22, 1999. Keeslyn has blonde/strawberry hair, green eyes, stands 5’2 tall and weighs 117 pounds.
Distinctive Physical Features:
Keeslyn has gauged piercings in her ears. She has a tattoo of yellow sea turtles on the inside of her right forearm with blue waves, a yellow hibiscus flower and the words “love yourself first” (pictured below).
Clothing and accessories:
It is unknown what keeslyn was wearing when she disappeared.
